Even though she’s not Brazilian, Kim Kardashian has one of the most bodacious booty’s in Hollywood. Can you get a butt like that? Probably not, but if you’re a candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift, you might be able to come close!  So, what’s the Brazilian Butt Lift all about? Keep reading to find out.

The Brazilian Butt Lift

First of all it really isn’t a “lift” like a breast lift is. There are no long incisions, and no tissue gets moved around. The lift in a Brazilian Butt Lift comes from increasing the volume of your booty by injecting fat, which is liposuctioned from another area of your body. It’s a very cool idea, and it let’s you kill two birds with one stone, but there’s one problem… you have to be pretty chubby to have enough fat to make a real difference in your “posterior”.

Only about 40-50% of the fat that gets injected survives in its new home, so your surgeon needs more than twice as much fat than he actually needs to make your butt the ultimate size that you’re looking for. In most cases, that’s an awful lot of fat! So, if your a tiny size 2 with a flat little caboose, don’t bother looking to Brazil for inspiration… you need an implant.

If you’ve got junk everywhere but your trunk, your a candidate for the BBL. After your anesthesiologist puts you to sleep, your surgeon will proceed to liposuction the “junk”. Then he’ll process the fat, and inject it precisely into your trunk so that it can be molded into a booty that even Kim Kardashi-ass would be proud of.

It can be a long procedure, so if you smoke, or if you have other medical problems, make sure you talk to your doctor about the risks before you sign up.  Also remember that you will not be able to sit for more than 15-20 minutes at a time for about a month, and that you will have to become a side or stomach sleeper for at least a few weeks after the surgery. You’ll have to wear a compression garment too, so it’s usually best to have this kind of procedure during the fall and winter months when it’s cooler outside.

Kim, we salute you! No if’s, and’s, or butts about it 🙂

Check out this great pic of Khloe Kardashian taking a nap on her sister’s Kardashi-ass 🙂

  2. Kim's Fat Grafted Behind

Honestly, everyone knows that Kim’s Black Butt is from Fat Grafting. Before and After photos show a pancake flat Kim suddenly developing an African American round behind due to “weight gain”. LOL. Don’t think so Kim, everyone also knows the pancake wide butts get wider with weight, and Black round behinds like Lopez, Oprah Winfrey, …get rounder.

Kim’s looks fake, and truthfully I’d want something that looked a little more natural than that. Just being honest and keeping it real.
