Did pregnancy leave you with prune-like paunch?
Ask any mother, and she’ll tell you that your body goes through all kinds of changes while you’re pregnant. Once you’ve given birth, many of those changes to are there to stay whether you like it or not.
For most women these changes center around the abdominal area. Your skin expands and stretches to accommodate your baby during pregnancy which can lead to excess drooping skin on your stomach. The muscles inside your abdominal may also become loose and lax due to pregnancy, which further exacerbates that saggy look.
Some women get lucky, and they experience only minimal stretching from pregnancy which they can counter with a healthy lifestyle (Giselle anyone?). The majority of women, however, don’t get off so easily and for them, no amount of fresh vegetables and exercise will restore their tummy to what it was before they had children.
When weight loss and toning aren’t enough to banish that bulge you may consider plastic surgery. Everyone knows that liposuction and tummy tucks work wonders for smoothing your stomach, but it can be confusing to decide which one is the right choice.
Here is a quick guide to when to suck it up and when to tuck it up. Read on for more about liposuction vs tummy tucks for smoothing your post-baby bump!
Katy Perry made a sparkling appearance on a hot German television show over the weekend. Katy says she’s loving Germany, especially their notorious heavy cuisine and brews.
We wonder if all that imbibing is going straight to her thighs. She seems just a tad bit bumpy in that skin-tight body suit. While we love her poppin’ cleavage, her hips and thighs are reminding us of some bratwurst stuffed into its casing.
“Inner thigh liposuction would be a fantastic procedure for Katy. It could be done in the office under local anesthesia in less than an hour, and she would notice the result immediately! She would fit better in everything from her skinniest pair of jeans, to the tightest stage outfit in her wardrobe.”, says NYC plastic surgeon, Dr. Nicholas Vendemia.
We agree that a little lipo would help smooth things over, especially if she followed up with a good compression garment to hold things in. Don’t get us wrong, we think Katy still looks smokin hot, but this outfit was not her most flattering fit.
The big question is, what will she squeeze her sexy bod in when she struts down the aisle any day now?

As you might have expected, this is somewhat of a trick question 🙂
The answer is Yes and No… let’s start with the No…
Our parents and teachers always taught us to say no to crack, but what if it starts with a “K” and belongs to Kim? There’s no doubt that Kim Kardashian has one of the most bodacious booty’s of all time, so much so that she was recently spotted busting out of her bikini bottom on the beach! So, if you’re interested in how you can get a Kardashi-ass, here are the Top 5 ways to say yes to “Krack”.
Skinny fat. It’s a blessing and a curse.
We all know those Hollywood ladies who weigh about 90lbs but still manage to look a little flabby. How can that be?
The truth is, skinny doesn’t always mean that you’re fit. In fact, that’s exactly the reason why so many skinny fat leading ladies still turn to liposuction to help get rid of their flab, no matter how small it is. The problem is that the procedure is not as straightforward as it is when there isn’t much fat to suck out.
